Grail Tools Hub
Checklists you can keep open between days. No account required.
Grail does not need a damage calculator. It needs a place to write the sentence of the run before the next node. These tools are that place. They do not replace how to play. They sit next to it.
Run planner
The run planner is a day-by-day loop: opening bonus, gold vs health, one seed card, one sell, one PvP scout note, one next-node decision. Use it when you greed-shop. Print it mentally. If you cannot fill a line, you do not have a plan.
Synergy checklist
The synergy checklist is a yes/no sheet for bleed, poison, burn, shock, and food. If you cannot tick a primary and a detonator, do not buy a third status. Pair with status effects and the trait tier list.
What these tools will not do
They will not simulate a snapshot. They will not tell you hidden cardopedia text we have not seen. They will not spend trophies for you. Mabel still costs 200. See characters.
Suggested tab layout
Keep this hub in one browser tab, the starter builds page in another, and Steam in a third. After each player battle, mark the planner, then click a node. That is the whole workflow.
If a patch changes Bayonet or over-heal, the checklists still work because they rank jobs (seed, detonator, strip, income), not a frozen number. Numbers live on version 1.0 and the card tier list.
When you are done with tools, go back to the river. The game is still an auto-battler. The checklist cannot fill pips. You can, by selling.
How a session should feel
Open Steam, open the planner, write one sentence from starter builds. Play a day. After the player battle, fill the scout line. If the opponent was bleed, the next node is strip or a faster cycle, not a random rare. If nothing of yours played, the next node is a sell, not a blacksmith. That loop is the tool. Fancy overlays are not required.
People who tab out to a spreadsheet are already doing this. People who do not tab out are the ones who arrive at four losses with fourteen cards. Keep getting started for the first hour, then live here. When 1.0 numbers move, the jobs on the checklist (seed, detonator, strip) stay. Only the slash values on Toothpick and canal change — those live on version 1.0.
If you want a third tab, make it the matching hero page: Ratagnan, Mabel, or Zappy. Do not open all three. One pool per run.
